Board your own boat or rent one and explore the Kop from the water. Navigate the larger bodies of water on the IJsselmeer and Wadden Sea, or venture out onto the smaller ones and paddle through Den Helder and Julianadorp. Various distances are available so take your pick!
Several ports, each equipped with excellent facilities, are available in the Kop. Sail from port to port starting at Den Oever and on to the different cities nearby. Embark on harbour cruises with the port of Den Helder as your starting point. Sail by the fleet of the Royal Netherlands Navy, armed with frigates, submarines and mine hunters. Simply spectacular!
Canoe rental Den Helder is located in The Helderse Vallei, the center of all canoe routes that Den Helder and Julianadorp has got.
