Responsible enjoyment: honest, sustainable and local are the keywords of the kitchen at Klaas. They change their menu every three months and cook as much as possible with seasonal products. By purchasing ingredients from the nearby area, we support local companies and work with fresh products. Until recently it was customary to serve a large amount of side dishes, while not everything was consumed. In the end, much was thrown away. With klaas you therefore choose, in addition to your main course, side dishes that you like.Â
